Factory Mounted Consignment Direct Digital Controls (DDC)
ENVIRO-TEC is pleased to offer mount and wire services for consignment DDC controls. A standard list of controllers and control sequences – with their associated wiring schematics – has been developed for use with ENVIRO-TEC VAV products. To facilitate coordination between the DDC contractor and the ETI rep, all tools for DDC consignment jobs are available on this website.
How Does It Work?
- Approved DDC manufacturers include: Alerton, TAC/Andover, Automated Logic, Carrier, Honeywell, TAC/Invensys, Johnson, Novar, Siemens/Landis, Siemens/Staefa, and TAC/CSI.
- The ENVIRO-TEC sales rep must give the DDC provider access to the standard drawings. This involves the creation of a website account, with the permission level of "Public User". DDC contractors needing a website account, please contact your nearest rep office (U.S., Canada, International).
- The controls contractor will then select the appropriate drawing, and notify the rep of the Sequence Number and the scheduled ship date. If an appropriate schematic is not found, contact the representative. Additional charges may apply for non standard mount and wire sequences.
- The rep submits the order to ENVIRO-TEC – including the Sequence Number, Manufacturer, and the controls ship date. The order will then be scheduled for production.
While DDC Mount and Wire is also offered on fan coil products, a standard list of controllers is not available at this time. |
